I believe that exercise should be an enjoyable part of everyday life. This is not as easy as it sounds, with busy lives and hectic schedules, exercise can often be the part of your day that gets missed – effective/efficient workouts and hints and tips to improve lifestyle can make a huge difference.

Following consultation, I will produce a bespoke, progressive plan designed to get you where you want to be. Supporting you along the way, I will be available via phone and email between sessions. Sessions can be at my base or at your home and can fit around your schedule.


Personal Training:

1 hour = £40 Home sessions: 1 hour = £45 + mileage

Personal Training packages:

12 weeks One 60 minute session each week
£400 (saving £80)
12 weeks Two 60 minute sessions each week
£750 (saving £210)
12 weeks Three 60 minute sessions each week
£1,000 (saving £440)


Based at Clifton Moor, York, my clinic is accessible from the city and outer ring-road (A1237), appointments are available throughout the day, into the evenings and even on weekends, with home sessions and online physiotherapy available for these times of need.
